WHOOO HOOOO ~ Notes Up ~ Gosh this time of year goes fast!!!
And then I noticed yesterday that if you were born in 1990 you are now old enough to legally drink ... WOW ...
Time goes by fast this time of generation ... now working on the agenda for the meeting on Monday. However the date
given to us from Ameri-Tech was the 21st (???) will have to double check but it SHOULD be the 19th of December.
Updated the main page with the meeting date for December ... and I will be working on notes from the November
meeting :-( Sue will turn them into minutes :-) I haven't started writing the notes yet ~ and I have a busy day
today so, hopefully before the week is out the November notes will be posted here.

Edited the main page with the awesomeness of this day and that the dues for 2012 will stay the same as they have
for over half of a decade :-) Over HALF of a decade WHOOO HOOO !!!
Now to go do the Monster Mash ~ It was a graveyard smash ~
I can only do what I can do. I have walked the neighborhood to get people to a meeting. I have left flyers on
community members mail boxes and then I created this website ... and the website itself keeps me quite busy
now.
My way of volunteering for our community is; I attend all the meetings (I guess I have to since
I've been on the board since my first meeting) I currently do our notes, which become minutes (saving the community
$50 a month or $600 a year) and I also do this website (NOTE: this website is not in the budget in any way,
shape, form etc. ~ including the domain name and there IS a cost) so ... if
you see something that could be done and you want to head it
up Let me know and I will get your information out there.
I willingly lead the
horses to water - but I won't beat them if they don't drink.
We are no longer being managed by Ameri-Tech ... They are technically our managers until 11:59 pm October 31,
2011 - they actually stopped working for us a while back, but it took a while to realize this horse IS dead.

Property Management Services (PMS) is our NEW Property Management Company ~ they take over November 1st :-)

The ad for the Garage Sale Saturday has been placed, but the ad will only be in the Saturday paper,
online & map. Signs will be out no later than 8:45am unless YOU e-mail with
your location and time your sale will start.
Reason for the one day ad - only one member has said they are having a sale .... PLEASE if you are
having one let me know so I can direct a sign toward yours. If this is something the community doesn't want to
be behind ... let us know.

Updated garage sale info ... looks like the ad will not
go in until Tuesday (or after meeting Monday for a Community Garage Sale )-: So far NO ONE has said they are having
a sale.

Still working on the notes ... but this time the procrastination is not coming from a leak in the
ceiling. TIP: Check your roof for plywood clips that are bent up, it is a simple fix if found before a big storm
...

I commented to a couple of neighbors the other day that every time I attempt to do the notes (and to do list) I
get distracted. The distractions have seemed to escalated :-( Yesterday distraction was/is a leak in the ceiling

Working on the notes from the meeting and updating the website and to-do list ... I've stopped
fighting the tide and will reformat what I have to look like what I get so it doesn't take days to do ... so
...
I will update as things are done. And we GOT THE VOTES NEEDED !!! Amendment Passed !!! When bank
owned properties sell after sitting for years ~ they MUST pay the dues that are owed.
And then I got bogged down and the notes are still not completed :-( Thursday is booked and Friday
is partially ... I endeavor to have all done by mid day Saturday.

I am updating the To-Do's but the spreadsheet that was sent from the property manager is not the format I asked
to be used ... since I use it to build the Projects and TO-DO's and to create our monthly agenda's ... so it is

Have you sent in your proxy vote yet? We still need 60 YES votes for this ammendment to pass. We
NEEDYOUR YES vote!!! What does it mean if we DON'T get it?
If a property is bank owned, when it sells, the bank only has to pay the current dues ... not any
arrears dues. That IS the way it IS now !!! We found out when a home ... owned by a bank ... sold! And the several
years of dues NOT paid ... WE get to pay.
To change this in our declarations we NEED this amendment.
Agenda for our meeting on Monday is posted at the dock bulletin board ~ or you may just click HERE and read it ... WOW WHAT AN AGENDA!!! But it is what it is to the point I
knew it at the time of posting, so hopefully we will fly through our meeting in record time and thus have time for

I've done a lot of general updating and clean-up today. The garage sale pages (including fall and
spring clean-up - the dates change, but the general information stays the same) I am also working at cleaning up
the page names so they aren't so long ... how is that working for us?

Well, booger ... I did some website cleaning yesterday and I deleted the blog :-( Oh well :-) So I
will update this way until I get the blog reinstalled ... fun ~ fun ~ fun ...
I added a page for those interested in selling their homes describing what a Listing Agent does and the name and contact
information for a Realtor who asked if she could get her name out. Mary Renzoni.
Previous to this the updates were contained in the blog itself. The blog has since not been recreated.
Maybe this is sommething to be done for the year 2012 ... ?
