Everyone should have received their payment coupon for 2012 - $557.00 (the same it has been for SIX years!!!)

There is a grace period until February 1, 2012 ... then the late fees begin (18% late fees are what we charge, I think) so get them paid NO LATER THAN Feb. 1, 2012.
