Leasing InformationIn the current housing market, we realize even though you may live elsewhere, you do not want to sell your home. The link below is a .pdf file. It is a tenant information form. If you fill this out and send it with a check for $25.00, our management company will run a credit, criminal, rental and employment history on your tentative renters. You have a lot invested in your property, protect it. Minimum Lease period ~ twelve (12) months.
