1.1 Architectural -- 1 issue
1.2 Fining
1.3 Communications (welcoming & website)
Do you like to meet new people? Assisting new neighbors with what the local
community has to offer ... if so, we could sure use YOUR help.
Currently the website is done by one person ... me (Evie) ... so bear with me ~
considering I am doing this for free and Pete & I donate the space (and everything else
for "our" site ~ I guess ya will, huh :-)
1.4 Beautification -- we have no volunteers :-(
Do you like walking our neighborhood? Do you see things that need to be addressed? Do
you feel YOU can make a positive impact on our community? If you do, we could REALLY use
your help.
Do you like gardening and know when you should be doing what for your yard? Would you
like to write a regular column for your neighbors? If so, please e-mail me at
... and I am setting a goal of checking that e-mail more
frequently.

3.2 Riverwatch Center -- No current Issues
With
the current economy the developer is going to let the grass grow (they have a landscaper,
so if it grows too much, contact Jose @ JMMartinez@bellsouth.net and
please CC TarponRiverWatch@gmail.com
Report graffiti to JMMartinez@bellsouth.net as soon as you see
it. Allowing it to stay on the wall emboldens the "tagger" and the next instance
will occur sooner rather than later.
By addressing graffiti as soon
as it is seen the tagger learns it is not worth the effort and possibility of being
caught.
3.3 Outside Neighbors --
2 issues (AND 3.2 for a total of 3 outside neighbor issues)
