The RiverWatch community is a waterfront single-family home neighborhood located in
north Tarpon Springs. There are 159 homes in the Riverwatch community. As seen on a map our community
is easy to spot.
RiverWatch is located on the north bank of the Anclote River with easy access to the
Gulf of Mexico from the community dock, or from one of the seventeen private docks. Riverwatch is
accessed by US 19.
The homes are of block and stucco construction and range in size from 1,700 to 2,600 square feet
with three and four bedrooms, two to four bathrooms and at least two car attached garages. The
homes were built from the mid 1990's to very early 2000's.
Most of the homes also feature in-ground pools and/or spa's, many with solar heating, with
screened enclosures.
The community features three well cared for ponds. A playground that caters to children
of five to twelve years old - but is fun for the entire family with proper supervision. Also at the
playground is a gazebo with two picnic tables. There is also plenty of open spaces for games such as Bocce
Ball, badminton, horse shoes, croquet, etc. The community also has a covered area for school children to be
picked up and dropped off.
Individual exterior features include landscaping with mature trees and some fenced yards.
Home interior features include items such as volume ceilings, walk-in closets, mother-in-law
suites, wall to wall carpeting and/or ceramic tile and hardwood floors.
Riverwatch is close to schools, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, golf courses, gulf
beaches, parks, dog parks, AND less than a half mile from a Pinellas Trail Trailhead, which is
easily walkable form any home in RiverWatch. Located in the beautiful and historic olde town of Tarpon
Springs, it is awesome living in and being a part of the Riverwatch community.
I hope to build a list of homes for sale and also featured homes that will be available
here. If you have a home for sale in RiverWatch - please send me your homes particulars to
with pictures if you have them and I will post them here. If you don't have
pictures - but would like to get some taken and posted - I am available, just drop me a line and we can schedule a
virtual tour and pictures to be done.
