Traffic StudyOfficer John Ulrich September 14, 2011 I have completed a traffic study for the Riverwatch subdivision the data reflects that 85 percentile of the traffic is traveling 31 mph or less. I submitted the study to the city traffic engineer and he and I both agree that this does not warrant any additional traffic speed control devices. However we both agreed that something should be done with the island at the entrance to Riverwatch. I've submitted a work order to the city street Department to have tapered paint marking in front of the island and a sign that indicates an island installed as shown below. I hope this helps if you have any questions that I hesitate to call me.
